Because of land and farmland crisis in Zimbabwe, the government secretly sponsored the war veterans and some irate party members to dispose the land being occupied by the white farmers.

This action has led to killing of some members of opposition party including my husband who did not support this ill-fated action. But before the death of my husband, he anticipated some dangers and so he smuggled out the sum of US$25.5 million dollars (Twenty Five Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars) to South Africa and deposited it in a Security & Finance Company with the intention of using it for the purchase of farm machinery and chemicals for agricultural Purpose in South Africa and establishment of a new farm in Swaziland.

This money was deposited in a box as family valuables to avoid much demurrage in the Security & Finance Company. On the 18 April the war veterans and some supporters of (ZANU-PF) ruling party trooped into our family farm house and axed my husband to death and my second son of 22yrs. Since then they have been terrorizing my son Alf and his terrified but he managed to escape to neighboring country South Africa as a political asylum seeker (refugee). While me and my daughter Gloria are in UK for political asylum, but his position in South Africa does not permit him to open an account or to operate any business. That is why I want this fund to be transferred to your account or your company account so that you will assist him to invest the money in your country. If you accept to assist us, all I want from you is to arrange and go to Johannesburg South Africa so that you can help him to open a non-resident bank account in your name or in your company name which will aid us in transferring the money into your nominated account overseas.

My family and I have two options for you, firstly, you can choose to have certain percentage of the money for nominating your account in this transaction or we can go into partnership with you for the proper profitable investment of the money in your country; whichever the option you want feel free to notify with him. My Dear Tyra

Thank you so much for your mail and also our call of
today,and details information you provide to me, I highly
appreciate your interest and willingness to assist my
family. Regarding this execution of this project, In fact
that was the reason why am replying you and I will get my
mother informed soon as I sent you this mail.

As requested of the details and steps to the Project, I
want to let you know that the lawyer who witnesses my late
father's deposition at the security company is also
assisting us to make sure that this transaction goes
successfully.

Because my widowed mother asked him to assist us when she
was here last time, due to my current refugee status here,
that makes it impossible for me as a refugee to participate
in any banking operations of any kind with in the whole
south Africa, since the law restricts refugees to work or

that we have not meet each other face to face apart from
you present mails you been holding with my mother and me
and also a call of today , besides we have much trust and
confidence on your person that you will not cheat us or eat
our money after been transferred into your account in your
country usa. After my telephone discussions with you, I
contacted the lawyer to inform him of what you said in our
dicussions .He advised me about the {Project} that we ask
you to arrange for your short visit to Johannesburg of
which it will be for only three to four official working
days.

This is because of my current refugee status here in
Johannesburg, South Africa in which am not allowed to
operate any form of banking or financial transactions of
any kind within the entire country, since am restricted to
do so due to the financial and human right laws of South
Africa. In fact this is one of the reasons why my mother
contacted you .

1.The (attorney) said that you are required to open a bank
account in your name or in your country`s name in any of
the banks here where this fund has to be deposited first
after been collected from the custody of the security
company, before final transfer to your chosen overseas
account in your country usa.

2.You are required as well to assume my position in pulling
out the moneybox at the security company because I cannot
do so due to my refugee situation. As the lawyer said that
the rights of beneficiary to claim the funds will be given
to you as the sole beneficiary to the deposited box, so
that all arrangement towards that will go smoothly without
any hindrance.

3.You are also expected to sign the final release order of
the moneybox at the security company and as well authorize
the bank here to transfer the money to your bank account
there in your country usa, After which, I have to go back
with you to your country for the immediate sharing and
investment of the money as stated by my widowed mother
together with you on the investment under your decision.

Please understand My dear sister Tyra that I will scheduled
a plan to travel back with you immediately after the
transfer of
the money, since the lawyer is going to arrange for that
soon as we get the moneybox out from the security company.
Be informed as well, that the lawyer promise to draft a
joint partnership agreement between you and my family which
will be signed upon your arrival here in Johannesburg,
south Africa, as all arrangement to ensure smooth success
of this matter lies on your soonest arrival here because
other layout arrangement had been taken care of by the
lawyer here, since I can not handle anything due to my
status. And if I should do so, it will lead us to lose this
funds at the security company, of which I and my mother
cannot afford to do so because we have suffered so much,
after the death of my father till this present time .
Meanwhile once I hear from you immediately, I will
introduce you to the lawyer so that you may call him for
good talks on how he planned everything. I believe he is
the one to tell you more of the arrangement.

Thanks for our telephone conversation although it was interrupted by the telecommunication network failure and my effort to get you back on line proved abortive however I will prefer your furnishing me with exact details. Actually goes wrong with you and my son ALF Why the arguments that arose between two of you that my lawyer in South Africa called on me with my son to advice me on the issue of not to move on with you again, so I demand an explanation?

I needs to re-emphasis the need to seek foreign patronage was informed by the fact that the South Africa financial law does not empower asylum seekers right to operate bank account. Thus it the advice of my lawyer to identify future idea investment economics and there from seek the assistance of a foreign partner who will be willing and able to assist us in moving this fund out of South Africa So I wont like where we will trust our money into your hand it will become so hard that my family will look like refugees more than the refugee status we are leaving now because I do not want to go back to poor condition of living hood now that my husband is gone please be honest as we do not want to mismanage this money as this fund determine and guaranteed the future of my family.

So based on the topic that my lawyer and ALF said I would say bye as I wont continue with you, and whatever inconvenience I may cause you. Am a woman with honor and principle that I wont like some one that will not give respect to his senior, nor a person that is rude and arrogant. I rely on you for the establishment and movement of this money in the stable economy, but right now am afraid of the things going on.but i will call you today
